Controller Card Installation:

Use a disk controller card that can support 8 drives. We recommend using Areca Controller card or a PCIe controller

card that is supported by Windows (Windows 7 and Windows 8) Operating system and Apple Mac OSx. When using

with Apple Computer make sure it has a Thunderbolt compatible driver. Below are pictures of two Arecas PCIe

Controller cards.

1. 8-port Controller card support 8 drives.
